The Association for Christian Senior Citizens Homes WA is the governing body for Manoah House and Manoah Village
The Constitution of the Association states that the Association objectives are to provide, in a Christian environment, for the housing, accommodation, maintenance and welfare of men and women, who are of retirement age and of a Christian faith. Preference is to be given to people of the Reformed faith
Membership of the Association is open to such persons of eighteen years of age or over who express agreement with the basis and objects of the Association and who may be invited by the Board from time to time to apply for membership of the Association.

The current membership fee is $50 per annum. This can be paid monthly, half yearly or annually in advance. Membership fees are invoiced on 1 July each year.
Members are given priority to admission to the village and nursing home.
They are entitled to a vote at any of the General Meetings of the Association and elect the office bearers of the Association.
Members can also nominate to be elected as office bearers of the Association.
