The village has 24 independent living homes with either one or two bedrooms and bathroom.
All feature open plan living with air conditioning, security windows and emergency call button.
Living in Manoah Village means you no longer have to worry about maintenance costs, council or water rates in retirement.
We have on site caretaker and maintenance officer who will take care of the security and upkeep of your home.
Our friendly part time gardener will look after your lawn, flower bushes and flower beds
We also have a well equipped community hall and a hobby craft room which are both accessible to all residents and last but not least, we are closely situated to the Gosnells shopping centre and railway station
