Our Constitution
Under our Constitution, the Association is governed exclusively by a Board consisting of a minimum of 5 financial members of the Association, who individually hold to the Christian Reformed faith. Board members are elected for 4 years at the Association Annual General Meeting. The Manoah House and Village residents cannot be Board members.

Tian Kotze
Chairperson
Tian Kotze is a qualified Chartered Accountant with many years of Finance experience at senior management and Executive level across Aged Care and other sectors. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Reinhard Prins
Vice Chairperson
Reinhard has over 30 years of experience in the civil construction industry, both in Australia and South Africa. Specialiseing in concrete structures and have managed road and bridge construction, industrial plant upgrades, slip forming, and marine projects. I have extensive on-site experience, delivering major resource and infrastructure projects for clients such as Chevron, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto and Main Roads WA
Victor Eikelboom
Secretary
Victor is well known in Reformed Church circles and previously worked for the Australian Taxation Office. Victor has a close connection to Manoah; both his mother and mother-in-law have lived at Manoah. Victor has long served as our secretary.

Dr. Adele Austin
General Board
Dr Adele Austin is a GP who is born and bred in Perth, graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2011. She has worked in multiple hospitals around Perth, and also provides part- time medical services to the Defence Force. Dr Austin loves being a family doctor and considers it a privilege to have looked after multiple generations and branches of a family. She trained and worked in a number of countries as a nurse prior to coming to medicine. She has a special interest in the following areas: – peri-natal health – children and women’s health – chronic disease management – simple procedural medicine. Odelia du Toit is a qualified legal practitioner, working in an in-house capacity at executive level, with extensive experience shaping and executing legal strategy, overseeing corporate governance, managing land access and external affairs, and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across the operations.
Mari Geertsema

Mari has worked for several internationally recognised companies and organisations in both the private and public sectors. She has over 20 years’ experience in the full lifecycle of IT software development in Finance, Insurance, Health, Portfolio Management, Big Data platforms, etc. Her roles have included Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Agile Coach.

Karen Prins is a Registered Nurse with experience across multiple health sectors, including Home Care and Aged Care. Karen is able to apply her experience and knowledge in ensuring Manoah maintains appropriate clinical Care to our residents

Thomas Woodage
CEO
Thomas is an experienced leader in Aged Care, a Registered Nurse with experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitals, Aged Care, and nursing consultancy, and he brings this mix to the Chief Executive Role with a strong emphasis on values-based leadership.
Sara Brar
Facility Manager
Sara is passionate about providing good care to residents, with a background as a clinical nurse in both the community and residential Aged Care Sectors Sara brings her skills and leadership qualities to the team at Manoah.
Henk Gort
Senior Pastoral Counsellor
Henk was previously a Guardian at the Office of the Public Advocate in Perth and was employed as a Relief Chaplain at Braemar Presbyterian Care. He has more than 15 years counselling experience with previous positions held at Mission Australia, Salvation Army and Anglicare. Henk holds formal qualifications with the Reformed Theological College in Melbourne.
